About NFI Partners

The only independent accounting and business advisory firm bringing together, under a single banner, certified public accountants practicing in Israel and in France.

A firm genuinely integrated between both countries, our clients benefit from a thorough command of their situation, of the applicable regulations, and of the cultural specificities of each jurisdiction. Our team responds to their cross-border needs in a fully harmonized and synchronized manner.

The result of an alliance between certified public accountants with multidisciplinary backgrounds.

The professional background of our partners — Marc Allouche, Shlomo Avikser and Frédéric Saada — spans five complementary business lines, in both countries: accounting and audit, tax advisory, strategic and financial advisory, business creation, management and supervision, and alternative investments management (notably venture capital and real estate). We therefore have an intimate understanding of the challenges facing our entrepreneur and investor clients, since this reflects our own DNA.

This transversal professional and cultural capacity allows us to offer a wide range of services to our clients, both businesses and individuals.

We are committed to building, over time, a virtuous cycle of value creation for them by offering innovative and practical solutions. This approach, combined with the sector expertise our partners have developed throughout their careers, particularly in innovative technologies and real estate, enables us to deliver a truly bespoke, best-in-class service.

We are not French-speaking Israeli accountants.

Nor are we French accountants who happen to speak Hebrew.

We are certified public accountants, seasoned multidisciplinary professionals, practicing in both Israel and France. Specialists in business and investment matters in both countries, we advise individuals and companies in both jurisdictions.

NFI Partners is a unique player on the France–Israel axis.

The ideal partner to secure and propel your projects.

Our clients notably include “Olim Hadashim” and “Toshvim Hozrim from French-speaking countries (France, Belgium, Switzerland). Among them are entrepreneurs, investors, business owners, as well as employees and retirees, all seeking to optimize their integration and their interests in Israel.

Some of them have retained a business or a company in France. And they know all too well the ordeal of relying on a different accounting firm in each country, of the information that does not match up, and the constant fear of an inconsistency between two jurisdictions. NFI Partners is their one-stop shop. The only firm on the market genuinely integrated across both countries.

We also support Israeli individuals and investors with economic interests in France and Europe.

Our clients also include international groups, investment funds, companies and startups looking to expand into either of these two markets, relying on an advisory partner fully versed in the customs and practices of the local business environment.

Marc leads the strategic development of NFI Partners.

He also leads our strategic and financial advisory activities, as well as our alternative investment advisory activities, with a particular focus on cross-border France–Israel matters.

His dual Israel/France expertise allows him to advise our clients on multiple matters involving both jurisdictions.

Bicultural, Marc is French by origin and has lived in Israel for a very long time. He is trilingual.

A Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor qualified in France, he is also in the final stage of accreditation with the Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants. This should, in all likelihood, make him the only practitioner in the market to hold this dual France/Israel certification.

He also holds a dual academic background: through the renowned “MSTCF” Master from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL in France (following a BA in Economics from the same institution), and through a dedicated program at The Open University in Israel focused on taxation (both local and international), business law and corporate law.

As early as 1998, Marc became the first European Chartered Accountant to relocate to Israel within a Big 4 firm (Israeli Institute of Certified Public Accountants). His certification’s thesis explored, as early as 1999, the pioneering theme of strategic development opportunities for French corporations in Israel. In particular, while already identifying Israel's appeal as a destination for investment in innovative technologies, he also examined further certain aspects of the France–Israel tax treaty.

Since then, he has built a recognized expertise in investments and business between the two countries. Particularly within the realm of innovative industries.

Before laying the foundations of NFI Partners, Marc built a rich and diversified professional career, both in Israel and in France.

He worked across three complementary disciplines, on an international scale: statutory audit and financial audit, then strategic advisory, transaction services and corporate finance (notably between European and Israeli operators); alternative investments in general (private equity, real estate, hedge funds) and venture capital within Israel's thriving startups ecosystem in particular; creation, management, oversight and turnaround of companies (both private and publicly listed — Nasdaq/TASE) and of professional practices.

Marc has pursued a firmly entrepreneurial path, both fully independently and within leading organizations. He worked for firms such as PwC (France/Israel), which later became KPMG Somekh Chaikin (Israel — co-founder of the Technology Group), Nessuah-Zannex Venture Capital / US Bancorp Piper Jaffray (Israel/USA), Russell Bedford International (France/UK — founder of the Private Equity Advisory Group), Harel Insurance & Finance (head of alternative investments for one of Israel's leading institutional investors) and Hutchison Kinrot (an Israeli seed fund born of the alliance between the global Hutchison Group conglomerate and the Israel Innovation Authority). He also served as CEO and as a Board Member of several private and public companies in Israel and in France.
